ezSEND Mobile application is a mobile application to allow you transact with BKK 24/7

ezSEND Mobile application is absolutely safe. We are compliant with the most stringent of regulatory standards set out by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). BKK Forex is licensed by the MAS.

You can tap on the "Forget Password?" button on the login page. Just enter your NIRC/Fn Number and Date of Birth. Instructions to guide you to reset your password will be sent via SMS.

You can still transact with ezSEND if there is no changes to your mobile number. You can just  download the ezSEND Mobile application on your new mobile phone and login in as per usual with your ID and password. 
 
However, if you have changed your mobile number, please contact the Customer Service Hotline at  6296 3236 from 8.30am to 9pm.

1. Tap on the “Sign up” button. 

1. Fill in your personal and login information and tap on the “Submit” button. 

1. Tap on ‘Send$’. 
2. Enter the amount and currency that you wish to send. Yoy may use your points or promo codes if any 
3. Select your beneficiary and tap on “Continue”.  
4. Select your remittance purpose and Source of fund and Check your transaction summary and tap on “Send”.  
5. Select your Payment Method.  

Bank Transfers 

You can pay via internet bank transfer or over the counter at your bank. When you select to pay by bank transfer, you will be provided with our bank account information. Please specify your Transaction ID as the payment reference during transfer for faster and smoother processing. For payment via internet bank transfer, please choose to transfer using FAST.

PayNow to UEN  

You can pay through PAYNOW to our corporate UEN Code: 199101034E via your internet banking application. Please specify your ezSEND Transaction ID as your payment reference for faster and smoother processing.

QR Code  

Scan the payment QR Code on your ezSEND mobile application to proceed payment for your transaction.  

Cash Payment

Cash payment over counters at BKK Forex Outlets or Money Transfer Machines.
You may make cash payment for your transaction at any BKK’s outlets

Please make the payment for your transaction soonest possible. The Transaction is only valid for 8hrs after creation.
